Where is my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we send you an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. If you can't find it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Your order timeline

• Order placed: you receive an order confirmation by email straight away.
• Dispatched: within 5 working days, with your tracking link by email.
• Delivered: 4 to 12 working days after dispatch.

Check your order online

You can see the status of your order and your tracking link at any time by signing in to your account with the email address you used at checkout.

Still no news?

If your tracking hasn't moved for several days, or your parcel shows as delivered but you don't have it, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.
