Returns, size exchanges and refunds
30-day Perfect Fit Guarantee
If your tank doesn't fit the way you hoped, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you swap it for the right size. No hassle, no guesswork.
- Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the size you would like.
- We reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the tank back unwashed and with its tags, having only been tried on. Once we receive it, we send you the new size.
Postage to send the tank back is at your expense.
Your right to cancel (14 days)
If you live in the United Kingdom, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. To do so, tell us clearly through our contact page or by email at support@heatherandgrace.co.uk. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to.
You then have 14 days from the day you tell us to send the items back. Unless we tell you otherwise, you pay the cost of sending them back. You may try the items on as you would in a shop; if they have been worn or washed beyond that, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back (or proof that you sent them, if earlier), including the delivery cost you paid. We refund you using the same payment method you used.
Customers outside the United Kingdom benefit from the same 14-day cancellation period.
Faulty items
If an item is faulty, not as described or damaged on arrival, contact us with a photo. We will repair, replace or refund it, and cover the return postage. This does not affect your legal rights.
